Processing and Handling Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Domestic Shipping Options: USPS Priority Mail (Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days)

International Shipping Options: We do not offer international shipping.

 

Legal Compliance and Restrictions

 

Delta-9 THC Compliance: All products sold and shipped by Clover CBD contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, in compliance with federal law.

 

State Restrictions: Due to varying state laws regarding hemp and CBD, we do not ship anything to the following states:

Alabama, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, South Dakota, Texas.

 

Only THC-free products (no full-spectrum CBD, Delta-8 THC, or THCA) can be shipped to the following states:

California, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington.

 

Delta-8 THC products cannot be shipped to any of the following states:

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.

 

THCA products cannot be shipped to any of the following states:

Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wyoming.​​​

 

Potency limits vary by state for Hemp-Derived Delta-9 THC edibles containing ≤0.3% Delta-9 THC. As a result, certain Hemp-Derived Delta-9 THC edibles cannot be shipped to the following states:

Connecticut, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, and Oregon.

Orders placed from restricted states will be automatically canceled and refunded.

 

Age Verification: You must be 21+ years of age to purchase from our online store. Certain products may require an adult signature upon delivery depending on carrier regulations and state laws.

 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

 

We may ship to P.O. Boxes depending on carrier limitations for hemp products.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Clover CBD is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will do whatever we can to help. If you received your order damaged, please reach out to our support team at (828) 417-9003 or via email at info@clovercbd.com within 7 days.
